I don't see anything related to apigee on-premise in the syllabus, if that is what you are referring to a stack.

Here is what i suggest,

• Install Edge MicroGateway, You can do that in your local machine with your trial org.
• Go through Edge MicroGateway documentation page by page.
• Note down importance concepts & implement same.
• Go through Edge MicroGateway plugins & implement same.

Hands-On is very important. Also you need to remember these concepts & edge plugins. Level 1 is proctored there won't be any Google Search to help us 😉

The solution suggested here for edge micro is very practical and helped me a lot in the exam.

please note that one of the Edge micro videos mentions it is not available for free trial orgs which isnt the case.
