apigee account 'orgnization' is going to delete on Jan15,2018. Not able to send email to 'apigee-trail@google.com' to migrate '-trail' org

Hi Apigee community team,

I am in serious trouble regarding apigee account. I have been using it from more than a year. I got an email from apigee saying that my organization 'apitechbasics' is going to remove on 15thJan2018 and instructions given to migrate new organization '-trail'. Here is the actual problem starts, I am not able to see the '-trail' in drop down. Apigee has given email 'apigee-trail@google.com' for any queries. When tried to send an email to this id , I am getting error 'email does not exist'. Can some one quickly help me on this.

You have a typo on the email address.

It should be -trial (apigee-trial@google.com), and not -trail.
