How to make basepath case insensitive

i have created one proxy and define the base base in httpproxy connection

<HTTPProxyConnection> <BasePath>/v1/abcd</BasePath> <Properties/>

I want to make it case insensitive so i can call api

like v1/AbcD

V1/abcD

v1/ABCd

i mean all combinations
