Unable to view pages in apigee developer portal on premise enviornment

Dear Team,

While customizing APIGEE developer portal when we logged in to an on premise apigee developer portal installation as an administrator we were unable to view any of the basic configuration pages. required to do customization of the portal. Same developer portal when viewed from the saas enviornment displays proper configuration pages. can any one advise or suggest what could be the cause of the issue.

Ensure the user's role you are using to log into the "on premise" portal has the proper permissions to view the admin pages, specifically the "Administer site configuration" permission. If this permission is set please follow up

@amarnathb When you says 'unable to view Basic Configuration page'. which page are you pointing to ...?


1. If it's module configuration then check whether module is enable or not. ?

2. Are you getting any specific error code or WSOD.?

3. Check error log if any error is occuring.

We just re-installed the developer portal once again and got the entire developer portal restored, now able to see all the pages and configurations. Thanks for all your help and support 🙂

Hey @amarnathb good to hear that. But Did you figure it out the actual issue?

I'm sure in future if you come across with same incident, you won't prefer to uninstall & install. as it cause Loss of Data/ Time / site downtime.
