Queue requests if target is not responding

Hi,

Is there any way to Queue requests on the message processor or somewhere in case Target server is not responding?

Nope!

Apigee Edge is an HTTP proxy. It's not a queue.

You could use an external datastore to construct your own queue. But it's not part of Apigee Edge.
