Is it legal to use highcharts plugin in custom modules on a commercial portal ?

Two questions regarding the usage of the highcharts plugin to present charts on a commercial portal:

1) Can one legally use the Apigee analytics module that shows stats of applications and it makes use of highcharts plugin ?

2) As an Apigee customer can one legally use highcharts plugin in the custom modules or is there a need to buy own licenses ?

1. Apigee ship our highcharts plugin for customers to use it in the Apigee product context. That means both Apigee Edge management UI analytics dashboard and developer portal analytics are licensed to use this plugin.

2. The plugin is not licensed to use outside of Apigee Edge UI and the Apigee Developer portal context. Hence, customers can use it with the Apigee analytics drupal module; however it is not licensed to use for any customer customized Drupal module even if it is used for the Apigee Developer Portal.
