Check if request in proxyendpoint or target endpoint

I am creating a shared flow for Logging and want to know if request is currently in proxy endpoint or target endpoint. Also want to check if its in request flow or response flow. DO we have any parameters for that

Can you elaborate more on the scenario please? What do you exactly need? Are you talking about context variables?

There are some context variables which are populated which lets you know about the proxy parameters and target parameters.
