Target URL for edge micro proxy deployed on localhost

Hi Community Members,

I have implemented one Edge Micro proxy and able to hit the same proxy using localhost:8000. But when i am trying hit from the cloud edge URL ending up with "service unavilable". while creating the edge micro aware proxy in EDGE I am giving target URL as localhost:8000 where my edgemicro gate way is running(in local). but when i give localhost:8000 am getting the service unavilable error ,and if i change the target URL as 127.0.0.1:8000 am not able to start edge microgateway also.

Can you suggest what should be target URL for edge micro aware proxy running on localhost ??

Hi @Pratik Gupta,

You cannot use localhost or 127.0.0.1 as your target url for any proxies.
