New TLS certificate not visible

I have installed a new certificate to replace one that was expired for our virtual host on Edge on public cloud.

After waiting a few hours the new certificate is still not visible.

I have deleted and re-created the Keystore but this has made no difference.

I would contact our Global Support Center for this issue.

Try uploading via API, it may return you some specific error docs

Also check your environment, you may be uploading to the wrong one.

This has now been resolved by Global Support. I'm still waiting on the full analysis but it seems to have been a router configuration issue within Apigee Cloud.
