Postgres with dynamic ip

We have a 10 node setup with a master/slave postgres setup

We are building in AWS so using dynamic IP setup

All of edge work using this with the exceptiob of postgres, when you run the config using hostname instead of IP address the setup doe not replicate as the master and slave look for eachothers IP address instead of hostname.

Does anyone know anyway around this as if we terminate the host and rebuild its going to come back up with a new/different IP address.
