On-Premises installation for Apigee edge system requirements and the process to install.

Hello Team,

I am planning to install Apigee edge on premises. Up to now I used Apigee cloud. So, I don't have any idea regarding this(on premises).

Could any please help me What are the requirements needed(cores,RAM,Hard disk space,os etc.)

in detail to install Apigee edge on-premises . If other than this any further requirements needed please let me know.

Thanks Stephen, I have seen the link which you have provided. If i need to install only Apigee edge do I need to have all the requirements which are mentioned in the link.

By going through the above link I understood that we need to have(Hard disk space:1TB,RAM:16 GB, 8 core processor & Red Hat Enterprise Linux (Intel 64-bit)/CentOS

Could you please tell me whether the mentioned requirements are correct or not. If not please send me the details other than the below link.

Those are the requirements for a production installation. If you are doing a proof-of-concept install, such as on a single node, in a non-production environment you can use these:

You do need a license - I suggest you read through the install doc to get an idea of the install process, software and hardware requirements, and other information. It is all there in the doc.
