How did I open this useful modal dialog box in the Apigee Edge "Develop" tab ?

Hi could you indicate me the steps to reproduce to get this prompt :

I was doing my work so I was click-click-clicking then I saw some intriguating tip on the top bar, clicked on it and saw this cool Solution Builder but I was in a rush so I just screenshotted without testing or understanding how I did get this... then i closed the window,

Please note that I wasn't doing anything related to any of those 2 polices: Extract Variables or Statistics Collector
