Not able to fetch the deployed instances of the proxies : "Error Fetching status. Insufficient permissions"

Hi,

my org name is -

ravipratapsingh37-trial

i created some sample proxies yesterday and was able to test the same. When later today i tries to fetch them, i am not able to see the deployment status of them and see a red highlighting message - "Error Fetching status. Insufficient permissions".

When i try to do a redeployment in the test environment, it says that the proxy is already deployed.

Does anyone have any idea what is going wrong?
