New Edge UI - Specs -- is there a Management API alternative for managing API specs?

The Apigee Edge management API supports GETting and POSTing the old API 'models' for use with SmartDocs, but I cannot locate docs for how to use the Apigee Edge management API for working with the new API 'specs' as exposed in the new Edge UI - the Swagger/OAS files aparently stored in Edge for use in standing up new APIs. I want to work with specs via the Mgt API. Possible?

yes, good question.

The mgmt APIs for managing specs are Not documented.

Maybe @marshg@google.com can contribute some context here.

Not much has changed since then, though we are starting to get more serious about launching the APIs as an EAP (early access program). Evan, I'll note your interest about that.

Thanks -- we're definitely looking for more rigorous OAS spec repo support: mgt-APIs, revisions for specs, maybe even remote Github repo integration. Would love to partner in the EAP.
