Error when calling proxy sometimes?

After creating API Proxy As "Reverse Proxy", Sometimes I get the blow fault and sometimes works fine:

That suggests the deployment failed to one or more of the Message Processors. Undeploy and re-deploy the proxy in question and re-test.

Hi,

Generally the error is due to you are using incorrect url to request your api proxy or your api proxy is not deployed properly.You can undeploy and re deploy the proxy.

can you verify the same with the below:

curl -i -n $mgmtserver/v1/o/$org/apis/$proxyname/deployments
