Unable to view Drupal Administration Menu

Hi Team,

I want to enable Smardoc in my Dev-Portal but unable to view the Drupal Administration menu when I log into the devportal.

Please provide admin access to the below mentioned user.

@DIVYA SHARMA , Above portal is Edge Portal. Smartdocs is a feature of Apigee Drupal based developer portal. Apigee Drupal based developer portal is only available for paid customers.
