Hi ,

I am not able to see admin tab in developer portal, So how I will publish my api

Can you attach a screen-shot that shows what you are seeing?

Please be aware: If you are using the Drupal-based developer portal, you will see the Admin navigation bar at the top of the screen, if you are logged in as an Administrator.
