SSO access issue for Apigee Management UI OPDK

Hello All,

Few of our clients(including me) are not able to access Apigee management UI which is an OPDK.Here,the management UI is wrapped with SSO,whenever user(not all) tries to access its getting redirected to a page which prompts description as " An Internal error occur .Please contact our support team or try logging in again ". Attaching error page image.

Issue encountered post Apigee up-gradation from version 4.15.07 to 4.16.01 (just guess since we are not sure with the exact cause) and the number of cases getting increased gradually.

On this,we had done investigation with team who handles SSO and said that they haven't seen any discrepancy in the directory/database .

Could you please assist us on this.Any idea how this SSO authenticates user and does allows management UI .Please let us know for any information.

this isn't an answer but a suggestion: I suggest you to contact Apigee Support, who will assist you on diagnosing and troubleshooting your problem.

Potential problem should be the user creation with the email id with no malicious characters which are hiding prefixed or sufixed. Do check once.
