Problem with creating a developer app - already exists even if not on the list

When I create a developer app with name X it says that 'App with name _identity_v1_default already exists.'. I get this errror both in the GUI and the API. The strange thing is that I do not see this developer app with name X in the GUI and also when I try to delete it I get an error with message: 'App with name _identity_v1_default does not exist'

@Pawel Kozikowski , That's strange. Is it OPDK or cloud ? if you have Apigee support access, i suggest to create a support ticket since community doesn't much context & above is not easily reproducible since it's one of issue.
