You can't ping an Apigee endpoint That's probably to thwart network probes and DDoS attacks. I get that. However we have a chunk of legacy code that needs to do a ping before it will do anything else. I'm attempting to make a case for a sprint to "hose that out" (my philosophy is "less code is better code") but in the meantime I've been directed to try to make this work as it's desired to have our destination behind an apigee apikey.
Is there some configuration that can re-enable ICMP Ping for specific endpoints?
