Developer Portal not functioning

Starting on Monday, 08/07/2017, I could login to Apigee Enterprise but could not bring up API BAAS using the DEVELOP menu option.

It would launch a new tab and looked like it was going to load, but never loaded anything ...

I have a FREE developer account and need access to my company's COLLECTIONS and ENTITIES ...

Please advise when this service using DEVELOP will allow access to API BAAS for a FREE developer account.

Sorry ... I just checked again at 7:20pm on 08/08/2017 and am now able to access API BAAS ...
