Start all service - 1 node on premisis

Is there a command to start all the service in a 1 node on premisis install. I saw the order of start, but should we start the services individually or can we start all services at once.

The apigee-all script detects the Apigee components configured to run on the system on which the script is executed, and will start or stop only those components in the correct order for that node.
