On prem installation download

I have tried ftp://software.apigee.com/ and with the credentials I am able to view the files.

I was able to download bootstrap.sh

But the manual says we have to run bootstrap.sh with arguments as apigeeuser=<username> apigeepassword=<pwd>

This command fails and keeps asking for my password again. Am I missing anything here.

Edge 16XX and 17XX versions are distributed via software.apigee.com repository.

When executing bootstrap.sh, you must specify credentials provided by Apigee to access software repository. Please reach out to Apigee support if the credentials are not working or if you forgot the password.

I have got the new username and password but still getting the same error. I verified the username and password through ftp tools and it is working fine. Can you please share the commands that is used for install or verify the commands that I am using.... sudo bash /tmp/bootstrap.sh sudo bash /tmp/bootstrap.sh apigeeuser= apigeepassword=
