We have an enterprise account, and I need to create a support ticket.
When I use the support portal link within Apigee Edge, I am directed to https://apigee.com/about/support/portal.
On entering my credentials (the same as I use for Edge), I get re-directed to Salesforce
https://na9.salesforce.com/secur/login_portal.jsp.
What's going on?
Stewart, the support portal and the Apigee Edge are not connected unfortunately, so you need separate accounts for each. Can you submit a request here and I can get that set up for you if you don't have one already - https://apigee.com/about/access-request-support
