Hi Team,

I am working Developer portal in Apigee.

In Apigee docs I have seen like For portals created prior to June 15, 2017 that have not been migrated, the URL to your portal will be in the following form. But it is not working for my organization and shows 530 error. Can anyone suggest me the right direction to access the devportal.

@VENKATA LAKSHMI KONDAPALLI I have unfrozen the site now and you should be able to access it on the url: http://dev-venkatalakshmi.devportal.apigee.io/ ( please note the change in domain)

Sandbox sites that are over four months old that have not had code commits or other Git activity for three months are "frozen".

thanks a lot @Arun Kumar. Its working. May I know how you are able to unfrozen it. Is it a part of admin kind of operations to do that. In case the same error might encounter some other time, so the answer you provide me helps a lot

@chadalawada venkata harish babu Only pantheon admins have permission to unfreeze a site and for sandbox instances we do not provide pantheon access. As mentioned before sandbox sites that are over four months old that have not had code commits or other Git activity for three months are "frozen". Please ensure that you actively use the site to prevent it from getting frozen.
