Error access to prod env with HTTPS

Hello,

Since Yesterday, we can't access to Apigee prod environment in HTTPS. We have no problem in http (and in dev and test environment), but in https we get a 404 error. The url we test is https://els-prod.apigee.net/oauth.

I think it's a problem with the freetrial keystore, but i don't know how to reset it to the default value.

@Julien NOEL , I don't think you will see 404 if there are issues with the keystore, Can you check if your APIproxy is configured with the right virtualhost and your VH has the hostalias defined?

My APIproxy is well configured, the error come only in prod environment and not in test or dev.

Hi @Julien NOEL - I suggest that you contact Apigee Support. If you have prod, test, and dev, then you're a paid customer and you have Apigee Enterprise support.

I think you're right - there's a problem with the connections . The support staff will be able to diagnose and correct it for you.

When you report it to Support, include the example curl commands.

What I mean is, show them a working curl command, and its results, when run against test and dev; and then also show them the similar command run against prod, and the failure (404 message) that you see.
