Current Edge (on premise) - Version 4.15.07.00

I am trying to enforce tlsv1.2 as per this blog

but I am facing with error "Received fatal alert : protocol_version".

Referred to this article -->

http://docs.apigee.com/api-services/reference/supported-software -- doesn't give information and it's not supported anymore.

Anyone can confirm if it does tlsv1.2 and if yes, what am I missing?
