Having issues with changing the profile image

So I'm a Twitter user, and I use Apigee's API console to change my profile picture (Twitter does not support PNG format anymore, so I use Apigee to do so), but every time I try to change my profile picture it keeps giving me the "unexpected error" message. Can someone please help me? What do I do?

I'm not aware of anything changing on our side… @Anil Sagar or @archendra would probably know better than I would.

Also the snapshot button does not work, so I really don't know what to do here. Help me, please @archendra @Anil Sagar
