Insufficient Permissions on Trial Organization

It appears that my free trial organization has been incorrectly provisioned.

I have been receiving permission errors since it was provisioned including: Insufficient Permissions You do not have permission to view API proxies. .

Details:

Organization: jameskieltyka

License: Free Trial.

Can I please get assistance to recreate the organization or resolve the permission issue.

Inconvenience is regretted. I have provisioned new org for you (kjamesapi) . Please login using your existing credentials. Let us know if any.

I am following up with Engineering team regarding above issue. You should be good to start with new org. Please keep us posted moving forward if any queries.
