Concurrent Rate Limit returns 503 status

Hi

I am using ConcurrentRateLimit policy as suggested in documentation below

But I am getting 503 when I enable ConcurrentRateLimit Policy.

Attached are the traces and the proxy bundle.

Please let me know what I am missing.

@GAURAV , Above information is not enough & too complex to reproduce it. What is the error message you see ? Is there any way to reproduce same with sample target like http://mocktarget.apigee.net/json?

I have just added ConcurrentRateLimit Policy and started getting 503. Is there any conflict with this Policy ?

We need a sample proxy to reproduce your issue. Above is not helpful. It might be some other issue. What does error message say ?
