Management Server Registration failed - apigee configuration

For my on-prem setup, I have this issue with registering the management server. Any pointers on the cause and how to resolve this? Is there any log on the configuration setup that I can check for more details? If yes, can you pls let me know the path to find it.

Got rid off this issue by uninstalling apigee, manually deleting postgres lock files in /tmp folder, manually killed qpid. Reinstalled apigee and re-ran configuration apigee-setup.sh
