Update apigee to associate an organisation domain name with a proxy

How do I update my settings on apigee to associate an organisation domain name with a proxy?

I'm trying to work out how to update this - I understand ApiGee might need to do it, but I can't seem to be able to raise a support ticket without an account that hasn't been approved yet.

@JamesPitt , Yes, You need to raise a support ticket. You have to get support account through Apigee point of contact in your organisation.
