How to create RBAC role matching a Pattern

I want to create a role using allow the users to work on the proxies whose name match a pattern.

Like, create a role as {Platform}_Proxy_developer. So users assigned to Platform1_Proxy_Developer role can get to work on the proxies like Platform1_Proxy1, Platform1_Proxy2 but they can view/edit/delete proxy named as Platform2_Proxy1.

How can I do it?
