It looks like your account has problem, you can register new account by another email .

Or you can ask support team terminate your current account and register again,

@Durgadas Dontul I have faced this issue quite often . Two main reasons for this issue are the browser and the internet connectivity . Try to use latest version of the chrome and when you see status unknown error as such while lunching , try clearing the cache and refresh the browser . The most important is internet connectivity. I faced this issue when I use intranet which has restricts the access to these sites at sometimes. Try to use internet which has some good speed and if you use intranet , ensure there are no blockage as such.Hope this helps.
