503 service temporarily unavailable

This is my target api

http://api.citistar.io/dashboard/reports/facebook?q=pagelikes-growth&pageid=dsfd,

which works fine from browser .I have a proxy calling this api ,which is returning 503 error all of a sudden .I am attaching the trace file .

This is apigee url

@archana, Looks like Apigee MP is unable to reach target server. Are you sure target server doesn't have any restrictions in accepting connections?
