Is Flow Callout and shared flow concept available in Cloud or Private cloud version?

Is Flow Callout and shared flow concept available in Cloud or Private cloud version?I have checked in Private cloud but this is not available.

Also curious about this subject, when will it become available for us?

Shared Flows and Flow Hooks are part of Edge 17.01 private cloud release and also available on our public cloud for consumption.
