Having Issues with Statistics Collector Policy and Dimensions

We are on Edge On Prem version 4.16. We are having issues with using our user defined variables on Custom Reports. These variables are populated during the Pre or Post flow of our proxies. We are using the Statistics Collector policy to collect these variables for custom reporting. None of these variables show up on our dimensions. All these variables hold text values.

Can you please try and restart the Postgres agent? it is the apigee-postgresserver process

I have restarted both Postgres and Qpid with no success.

Thomas, I suggest you open a support ticket so we can investigate the issue.

Issue got resolved once the Postgres server components were restarted.
