Creation of rate plans in Apigee Edge UI

Could you please tell me Is it possible to create a rate plans in Edge UI trail version in Apigee & Developer Portal?

NO, Monetization is not supported in Apigee Trial. It's available only in paid pricing plans as Add-On. For more details, Please refer pricing page.
