How to add a side menu/navigation to the dev portal

Not applicable

Hello, I was wondering where I can find documentation on adding in side navigation to the dev portal. Much like the side menus found on the page here: http://apigee.com/docs/developer-services/content/customizing-theme

Is this possible?

Thanks!

Dear @Jared Newgent ,

Apigee Developer portal is built using famous open source Drupal CMS. You can able to add side bar regions by defining new regions in theme or using existing regions.

Apigee Developer Portal Theme support side bar regions. When you navigate to "admin/structure/block" you can able to see different regions. Click on "Demonstrate block regions" link to see regions placement. You can place content inside regions using Drupal Blocks. If you want to place a menu in sidebar you can use menu blocks. For each menu you have created in portal you will see a respective block for same.

For more details refer https://www.drupal.org/documentation/modules/block . Please let us know if you have any questions.
