How to update nodejs.properties as part of Private cloud silent install

Not applicable

Hi,

We have an issue with the nodejs.properties file on the Message Processor where by default, it blocks access to private IP address ranges. Is there any way to include a config option in the environment properties txt file or in another parameter/switch etc during the silent install so that this properties file does not need to be manually corrected each time we install the Private Cloud for the first time, or following a patch?

Cheers,

James.

Which version of private cloud installer are you using. With 4.16.05.xx and onwards, you have a way of specifying your specific overrides using something called "code with config". You can find details about it here

This would allow you to specify your overrides and those would be retained even when you upgrade to a newer version. Let me know, if this helps.
