Unable to switch org

Hi Team,

We have recently created 3 organisations and environments in a landscape. That landscape already had 3 more organisations and environments.

After creating new organisations and environments, we are not able to switch to other organisations and unable to see any data.

On investigating further, we could see that in an organisation, 2 environments have been created with same name (one with space in beginning and one without any space) by mistake and it is throwing an error "Could not resolve scope <org>. <env>".

We are not able to delete the environment from management server that has space in the beginning. Issue persists even after restarting all servers.

Please consider this as a High priority issue and looking forward for your support.

You can only delete an environment after you have:

  1. Deleted all virtual hosts in the environment
  2. Disassociated the environment from all Message Processors
  3. Cleaned up analytics

If it is not doable would recommend to open a case with support which might guide you further as it need to manually delete the entries in zk(if required).
