Yes, It's possible. Apigee Developer Portal is built on top of famous open source CMS drupal. You need to use https://www.drupal.org/project/fontyourface module to add new fonts. Additionally, You can add fonts directly in your custom theme.
Above changes are possible only in paid accounts of Apigee. Hope it helps.
