SmartDocs OAuth 2.0 doesn't open login page for 3-legged oauth

I'm using the SmartDocs document to allow devs to try the API call. When clicking the OK, after pressing the OAuth2.0 Set... Button, the page displays

"Unable to proceed because of missing OAuth configuration."

I have the authorizationURL (login page) set as well as the token URL.

I'm just expecting the login page to open up in a new window. I do have a CORs extension from Chrome which removes one javascript error. Another one remains and just states 401 Unauthorized. What further authorization do I need?
