Problems signing in, no organization

I finally got in to my account (had a ton of trouble even signing up) and I discovered that I am not in any organizations (despite the account creation page saying "An organization will be created with your username"). I am unable to do anything on the site because I'm not in an organization.

UPDATE: I logged in at https://login.apigee.com/ and landed on https://accounts2.apigee.com/accounts/dashboard#/

I clicked on Create & Manage APIs and was given an option to create an organization with my username. Now I am able to access https://test.apigee.com/#/probes/dashboard/hour/default/ALL
