I am trying to install 13 node apigee edge cluster and get error when installing apigee-service. I'm able to successfully get bootstrap.sh and docs from FTP site so it doesn't appear user/password is issue. Below is error I'm getting when running command on Centos 6.5 in AWS vm.
bash /tmp/bootstrap.sh apigeeuser=uName apigeepassword=pWord

@Ryan Monroe , Working via support channel, we were able resolve the issue once your credentials were reset. The issue was with the specical character in the credentials.

What special characters are valid? The fact is that you cannot specify a password without a special character
