Probably this is not the problem, but just in case, did you verified that both reports, the one for devices and the one for proxy performance are running on the context of the same environment (test/prod)?
If this is not the problem, please create a support ticket including the name of your organization.
I did not notice any issues, did you try changing time interval and selecting the right environment?

Still not working. As you can see in these screenshots stats from 'Devices' from April 14-21. I have lots of requests. But when you take a look at 'Proxy Performance' of the same week, THERE IS NO RESULT.
