Can we backup apigee Edge components ( Zookeeper, Cassandra, OpenLdap,UI, Router, Message Processor..) with out bringing down. ?

I am looking for a solution where i don't need to bring down the component to take the backup

What exactly are you trying to backup and for what? Most of these dont even store any state/data.

I can only think of Cassandra and ldap for backups. And since they are always in-sync, taking backup of just one of these nodes should do it for you. You dont have to bring down the entire system, unless you have an AIO install
