Cannot sync API Products from Edge to Dev Portal.

We cannot sync API Products from Edge to Dev Portal.

‘Developer Administrator’ user does not have any 'Operations' listed for the resource='Products' and path='/apiproducts.
We need this user be granted privilege to - ‘sync Products into the Dev Portal ( i.e. we atleast need GET access to /apiproducts )’.

Any suggestions?
