Developer Portal :Only Limited Nodes published on developer portal

I am trying to load a swagger json .It has about 181 nodes but only 78 nodes get published and rest of nodes are not published . Why is this happening .PLease find attached swagger json .

Could you please specify what sort of encoding is recommended for a swagger json file ?

The operationId for each method in your swagger file needs to be unique. That is why only a few of the methods are getting published
