I just want to know do apigee edge is capable of handling chinese character set.Do UTF8 encoding might help.

I assume you're referring to character set of the message payload? In this case, yes - as matter of fact it does not matter what character set you use

Yes Correct, I am referring to the Character set of the message payload,I tried a POST call and able to access the message payload which include chinese character.
